Tuesday Menu (Wagoneer)
Here's the recipe. Double check the numbers, but if I did the math right it balances out... that's why it's my new favorite meal!! I used skim milk, skimmed canned milk, and Brown rice..but for the benefit of the 15:7 you could prob use regular milk and rice..it would taste better and I don't think it would effect the carb/protein ratio. I use Splenda instead of Sugar. Try it and let me know what you think :)
Rice Pudding
1 cup rice
1/2 tsp salt
12 cups milk
2 eggs beaten
1 can canned milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup splenda
Partially cook rice on stove with part of the milk. Add all other ingredients, put pot in oven for one hour 350 degrees
