Wow...Look at that protein number..That's awesome. You did excellent.  I love math. I wanted to become a veternarian but...too high census..So the competition was too much. I got an AA and now I'm an accountant. Not certified but I've been doing it since 1981 so I'm experienced. I always wanted to finish school..Just never did.  You go Girl!

 I think the totals might be a little low. We went out for Mexican food last night (DH is trying to get out of the doghouse) and so I had to guess at some of the foods…

 I ran 2.5 quick miles and stretched at the gym after work. Love it!

 I feel good overall. The scale says I’m back down to 159—a big relief after seeing 165!

We aren't obsessive about the numbers around here...Just a guestimate is fine. Your numbers are pretty good! Those tortilla chips get me every time...I love those things. Calories are high and carbs are high on those...But they are SO good...And who can eat mexican food and not have at least a few.  And you exercised too so that carb number is fine.  Don't you love the Get out of the Doghouse restaurant trip? I do. LOL>

Good morning all--hope everyone is well and healthy today! Yesterday was a good day for me, even though it was one of those days where I just felt hungry no matter what.

Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean 7 grain hot cereal (honey cinnamon flavor)

Snack: 12 baby carrots

Lunch: small tomato cut in half, insides scooped out. One half filled with 2oz. tuna salad and one half filled with 2oz. seasoned/herbed ricotta

Snack: Homemade protein bar

Dinner: 3.5 oz. ground bison topped with a slice of tomato and 1oz. mozzarella cheese. 1/3 cup of roasted parsnips on the side.

Snack: Kashi Chocolate Peanut Protein Fiber Bar

oooo. I LOVE bison. I'm hoping while we're up in Montana we get some really good Montana beef or some bison...it's better up there because they have some ranches that won't slaughter till the beef is two years old. Around here (California) they only raise them to 10 months. All the weight but none of the taste..My uncle calls them Hefferettes.  You did awesome. I'd have to guess well over 100 for the protein (cuz of the bison). Making my mouth water now. I may have to request that for dinner tonight..We bought the patties frozen and I think I still have a stash in the freezer.
