5 dpt - day 1
Well, it is 7:15 here and I made it through the day without any major difficulty. I had a protein shake every 3 hours and had a few rough moments, but i know I can make it from here.
I am going 1 day at a time. I woke up this morning and told myself I could make it through today...and kept telling myself that all day long....
Going to have another shake and then go to bed early (so I don't think about the eating thing)...
Great! I actually found the liquid days to be much easier. I kind of like the limited choices. I think I will need to go back to those days frequently. However, I have been reading the Wagoneers posts and wondering...? Maybe I need to change my thinking? Anyway, you keep up the good work! The recipes are really wonderful and if you like to cook, they fulfill that desire. I also have become more famiiar with tofu and found that I actually like it!

I too made it through Day 1....although I did break down and eat a slice of cheese last night, then I realized I was allowed to have sugar free jello and pudding!! So, today I have sugar free jello with me here at work as well as my protein shakes and my water.......Good luck on Day 2 and I will cheering you on as well!!
