The Wagon Plan is a cutting plan! It is designed to shred fat. We will discuss bulking once the fat is all gone. My new goal is 172lbs and 14% BF. I will try to get to 10% BF by Jan 2009. Remember, slow and steady.

Hi James! Looking great there! I can honestly say that building my lean muscle mass up to where it is has kept my metabolism stoked WAY the heck up. Fat just falls off when you are lifting HEAVY ASS weights (as bodybuilder,  Ronnie Coleman said) LOL! Pffft! I'm feeling awesome at 155!!! Muscle is heavier, denser and sexier than fat! That being said, i can hardly wait to get back to the gym. In the meantime, clean eating keeps me from losing that muscle and ya know what? I am sitting here in my recliner 17 days post op  TT and I am losing weight without working out.  This rocks! Just wanted to say hi! Molly
