We just bought Blue Bunny Banana Split Ice Cream for my hubby...We didn't see the NSA variety but when I do...I may eat the whole damn thing myself. They are GOOD at NSA. I bought the Strawberry Cheesecake and a 1/2 cup of that is enough but alittle more doesn't mess with my lower end so much as the Dreyers...That's dangerous.  Good thing we're leaving on vacation. My daughter will probably take care of all our extra food while we're gone...I'm sure of it. LOL.  You had a good day. I bet the numbers would be awesome.

I can't do more than 1/4 cup of the Blue Bunny NSA or I dump.  I was hoping my husband would eat it but he doesn't like it.  It tastes so good.  I do really well, too well actually, with the NSA Edy's.  I haven't seen the Dryer's I don't think??  I will have to see how the Cheesecake one treats me when I'm out.  I've really been trying to do the frozen greek yogurt instead of ice cream but my will-power with it in the freezer isn't that strong.  Have a fabulous vacation!!!!

The Strawberry cheesecake is actually frozen yogurt so maybe that makes a difference...I know the Dreyers (or is it Breyers?) NSA Chocolate Coffee flavor is good but one tablespoon over a half cup and I'm sick.

Morning, all. I haven't had coffee in awhile, but I'm thinking I'm going to make me a cup.. I's tired.  Quiet weekend.. lots of rain (backyard flooded twice, and we had a huge chorus of frogs last night.. probably thousands of them) and it's supposed to do it all week. Luna bar - not bad.. but too many carbs for my preference 1c oikos w/ 1/4c vive cereal and 1tsp fibersure grilled chicken fillet w/ buffalo sauce salmon fillet detour protein bar (not bad, but didn't agree w/tummy) 1148 cals  31.25g fat  87.25g carbs  133.25g protein  10.5g fiber No excercise.

I know they say no coffee but after a year out I was looking for ways to up my eating and some people said it increased your appetite...So I tried it. It never bothered my stomach at all and I'd been drinking it since I was 13..Long story there. But I do watch my labs to make sure it's not doing any damage.  Again, your protein numbers are awesome. Doing really good there!  I love frogs but living on the desert, we dont' get many...We did have a cute little Red Racer (snake) on the front patio when we got home yesterday...Zip and he was gone. Probably about 2 ft long...Pretty little thing. Hope the dogs leave him alone.

Guilt-induced exercise!

Even guilt induced exercise is counted around here! You did good. But even with eight miles of bike riding you felt GUILTY? Hell, I'd have vegged for two days after that...And not felt pang ONE of guilt. LOL

Yesterday was a decent day. I wish I could find a WiiFit around here *pout*. No luck yet. Anyway, we woke up late yesterday, so breakfast became lunch.

Lunch: 3.5oz. tuna sashimi

Snack: 1/2 Kashi chocolate peanut protein fiber bar

Dinner: 3.5oz. grilled filet mignon and a half of a tomato filled with 1/4 cup of part skim ricotta with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh parsley

Snack: Other half of the tomato with 1/4 cup of part skim ricotta

Snack: Kashi almond peanut protein fiber bar
