Back 2 Basics =WATER LOADING= how to
I was sifting through my old notes and found this info on how to water load. I'm going to try it again so I thought I would share it with you all. The purpose o****er loading is to stop carb and sugar craving, cut down on calorie intake, and stop hunger. You can start to water load anytime 2 - 3 hours afer a meal.. if you are hungry. It will give you an immediately feeling of fullness that will last until it's time for your meal. ~~~ HOW TO WATER LOAD~~ *Eat 3 meals-- 5 hours apart - eat that entire meal in 5 -15 minutes. This will keep you from over-eatingl *NO Liquids for 1 -2 hours after your last meal. *After 1 -2 hours, begin sipping water and s-l-o-w-l-y increase your water intake * THEN begin drinking LOTS of water, *15 minutes before the next meal, drink as MUCH water, as FAST as possible *Water loading will not work if you skip the "sipping water" step.
