In an effort to stay accountable to maintaining, losing or gaining, this post is to mark where you "are" once a week. Since we're all headed on different courses this is a moment on the journey! Last week: 123.8 This week: 122.8 Well, I'm not going to stress over losing another (the same) pound this week... If your ship capcized or sailed on course or ran ashore...Keep plugging away at it and adjust course. Keep going.. Safe sailing this weekend folks!

That is one way to keep from becoming "addicted" to weighing...I'm too obsessive to NOT have a scale so I can weigh just before bed and then again in the morning. I'm just too curious about how I can lose two pounds just sleeping...

Hee. Hee. We do "The Biggest Loser" at work and my scale is the official scale... I usually just have it there Tues-Thursday and forgot to bring it home for the long weekend! :-) I love the overnight weight loss!

Yea, they won't let me play that...Especially if I use my before weight. LOL. They have a contest they play at work. Each person puts in $50 and whoever loses the biggest percentage of their weight, wins the pot. One girl lost 60 pounds last year and "made" $1000. Pretty good. But they didn't start that until after I lost all my weight.

Same here. I'm the "hostess." Last "season" the winner got $520. It's pretty fun. I get to be the cheerleader for all the folks who participate. It's really neat because I'm getting to know lots of people that I never even would have come in contact with before. It's encouraging for me as well.

Last week: 147.6 This week: 146.8 Squee! Probably the protien boost, and such. I'm betting Next week will either stay the same or go up, as I'm quitting smoking that week. I'm already down to 2 a day- and have been for a while, but it's quitting time for good.

Big congrats on the decision to quit smoking. I wish I could get my husband to do that samething... That's one pound..Awesome.  Substitute water for the cigarette and that might be a good thing. I decided, watching my husband light up as soon as he got in the car that my ice water drinks each time I get in the car is a good habit to start...AT least that was my thinking...
