protein is great....fat a little up right? And are you ok with eating the pasta? Does it get stuck? Pasta and me except thick pasta doesn't do too well. I try to stay away from breads and pasta in general! Glad to have you back too!!

probably not. we don't really absorb all the protein we eat anyway, due to the malabsorption of rny. you like that hawaiian punch huh? lol!!

I split that one up and drank half and then the other half later...But I try and mix up the flavors. Hawaiian punch has to be my favorite right after the Morning Spark Grapefruit flavor...Yumo but it's not always available so I don't drink more than one of those a day, if I can help it.

It was a busy day for me, since I just got my daughter back from vacation with her grandparents.  We went all over! Standard disclaimer:  maintaining DSer, gratuitous fat & calories ahead. B - Dunkin Donuts:  bacon/egg/cheese on 1/2 croissant (pitched the other half), lg. iced coffee w/cream & sugar Then we went to the library, where they have a playground.  We hit the playground running, then I sat for a bit and finished up my coffee while Miss Peanut did the jungle gyms.  We explored the library and each got a book (hers is adorable: Diary of a Worm - it's fiction, and really funny!  Mine is "Fearless Fourteen" by Janet Evanovich) L - Pat's Pizzeria - cheesesteak wrap, with most of the wrap torn away - this was a real disappointment.  There wasn't much meat, there was waaaaay too much lettuce, and I couldn't find the cheese.  I complained, got lousy service, and am not ever going back.  Oh, and I think I had about 5 french fries. Then we went to Border's, as I had coupons and birthday money to spend.  I got 2 books, Miss Peanut got one.  Then, the Supermarket for July 4th picnic staples.  Did I mention my supermarket has a Starbucks? S - Starbuck's Venti Breve Quad shot Iced Caffe Mocha with whip Then home to make dinner, plus potato salad & broccoli slaw for tomorrow. D - Hot italian sausage with onions & peppers, wilted baby spinach with garlic & olive oil Then to my brother-in-law's to goof around in his pool.  Then home to make pies for tomorrow (Sour cream apple walnut).
