Accountability - Wednesday
Well, still. With all you've been through this week, trust me...You should skip your weigh in..I sure would.
I craved chocolate last night too. I could have hit the cookies again but thought better of it and hit a protein bar instead. That helps my protein number alittle.
Your numbers are AWESOME! look at that protein...Wow. and with the 50 minutes of workout..You are rockin' it, GIRL.
And btw. I love the new picture/avie..Cute hair.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Yesterday wasn't so bad!
Breakfast: 1/3 Kashi Cookies and Cream protein/fiber bar
Snack: 1 serving goldfish crackers
Lunch: 30z. Chicken salad (made with leftover roast chicken and 1tbsp light mayo)
Snack: Kashi Chocolate turtle protein/fiber bar
Dinner: Tomato braised cauliflower over light ricotta
Snack: NSA fudgesicle.
I did have a beer last night, but it was a Miller lite with all of 3 carbs. Copious amounts of water were consumed afterward.

Miller Lite is a good choice..I can't do the protein bars very often...They cause the worst gas in my guts...So if I eat them, I'm going to be by myself for a few hours, if you know what I mean! LOL.
Have a nice weekend.!

well, people can sure be weird can't they. your body will settle into its own weight. There was a time I was packing on calories because I was down to 113 and needed to gain. Now I pretty much stay the same.
Back from vacation and will post my fit day tomorrow. did not gain on vacation, but gained back what I lost in the week I was sick in bed. I knew I would. My body likes this weight.
Well missed you all and glad to be back in the sea sailing with you all!
blessings,
Tami
