The Flu

This was the first time I have thrown up since I had surgery August 2006.  It was absolutely horrible.  After the first time, I had nothing left in my stomach, of course, so I did the dry heeve thing about 30 during the night.  Then the other end started.  Needless to say I lost 7 1/2 lbs.  I'm feeling much better, but I was so scared to throw up.  I didn't know what to expect..........
