Back to Basics & 3-day Protein
Ok I went to the site of the 3 day protein back on track diet. So far since Monday I have been having protein shakes for breakfast, lunch and in between - so about 4-5 shakes a day. On Monday for dinner I had veg soup and a SF pudding, Tuesday same for morning and afternoon, but for dinner I had Greek Salad. So far 8 lbs down, yes that is right, yeah it maybe water but I feel great and clothes are loose. Tonight I may have a burger (no bun) and a salad and for snack SF pudding. I am also getting in (including the protein shakes) about or over 100 ounces of water. If I feel I need a little more substance I will have a cup of soup (cream of chicken).
So that is the scoop so far, basically I feel if we cut outt the bad carbs that we like to snack on (chips, pretzels, etc). ADD more vegs and protein we are then not hungry and good to go and to lose. If anything I am really thinking about what I am putting in my mouth and
