Why do I feel guilty when I didn't do anything wrong??

Why do you feel guilty when you didn't do anything wrong???  Because that's the way we've been trained to feel! If you are hungry, eat.  You know what to avoid (white foods, high fats, etc.)   Just remember: FOOD IS FUEL. You are not bad, evil, wicked, weak, spoiled, or any of the other words we've let ourselves be bullied and brainwashed with. You are probably doing fine.  I personally can't do the 5 Day PT because it's too much like those interminable horrible diets I spent all too much of my life on. Hang on, you're doing fine. And stay off the scale! Best wishes,

Thanks, Lynn,

It's hard to get rid of those old tapes, but I'm working on it!

Have a great weekend,
