LOL, I guess I should change the description, you aren't the first to ask, lol.  It's Optimum Nutritional Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder.  I get mine from GNC, I love it!

You really do wonderful when you journal your food. I'm dreading not journaling my intake while I'm on vacation...I know I need to losen up alittle and see what happens when i don't keep track of it all but I'm skeerd...LOL.  I think I'm gonna have some decaf and head to bed...Not sure what my mental problem is today. Just not at all with it.

I just can't do the cereal thing. But I do add TVP to my yogurt. Heck, I'll add it to anything that needs a protein punch.  I found different flavors of drink mix by Wylers at Walgreens today. $1 a box..Maybe I need something new.  I definitely need a Spirt.

I'm going to do two day's at once. The first is my cross post from another accountability thread for Monday's food with an excerpt about my test.. the 2nd is yesterday's food. Post Date: 7/1/08 11:46 am
I'm alive.  I wish I were still asleep, but I'm alive.

The test started out ok.  I had immediate reaction, but figured it was due to not eating (nausea).  BP and HR were fine, though, so I really assumed it was cause pouchie was empty for too long.  6 min in the nausea got worse.  8 min in and I was really feeling it.  10 min in was not cool.  11 and I crashed.  They ended the test at 12 minutes with a positive reaction.  My systolic went to 71 (from a start of 118), which was way lower than my HR (which had started to speed up around 8 min).

Ever try passing out standing up but strapped down?  It's not fun.  Pretty clausterphobic.  Good thing those damned straps were on well because I was clawing my way through them before I finally went under.  They put me back flat (actually, mor eof a head stand), and all was right with the world within 3 minutes.  Except now I'm exhausted.  At least they didn't need to use medicine to cause the reaction.. I'm always trying to do things on my own yannow (dry humor).

So what does this mean?  Well, I get a new medication to my ever-growing list.  Soon as Katy-bit wakes up from her nap, we're going to go fill it.

So thanks for the thoughts.  It means alot to have such a kind and caring family.  My other board is worrie bout me, too (which is ironic, knowing where it is.. most people hate that board), so I'll do my accountability and check up on posts later today when I feel alive again.

1c coffee w/ ff moo
salmon fillet
1c oikos w/ fibersure

My day's food started out late.. but I ended up getting quite a bit in before I headed off to bed.  I don't know if it's cause AF is on her way, or the test, but I'm on day two of a migraine.  I've started some triptans, so I hope I'll at least feel human by lunch.

1c oikos w/ fibersure
salmon fillet
