I did the 5DPT last week. I have to say, the liquid days were much easier for me, but that is another story, anyway...I just had a normal lunch, a Lean Cuisean type lunch. I like to do these not only because of convience, but it reminds me just how portions should be. Well, after eating 1/2 of the lunch I was full, FULL! It is key to listen to the tummy, and I can hear it now:)
