So nice that plums are in season. I bought five of them at the market but someone in our office has a tree and brought theirs in...Don't even compare! The home grown are FAR better. So with all the people with trees with apricots and plums and peaches...I brought my dehydrator in and we're running it all day at work so we can watch it. Too dangerous to let it run at home by itself or at night when you're sleeping..
Isn't it amazing how much a tiny bit of margarine "costs"? I started using butter buds and put a Tablespoon of real margarine on some potatoes..Well, I looked at the label and about croaked. It was nothing before WLS to put a half a stick of butter on my veggies and potatoes along with some on a piece of bread for dinner...No wonder I was obese!
Another thing on your list gets me thinking. I dehydrated some Mexian Zucchini in thin slices with garlic powder and spices on it...Yumo. Like little veggie crackers.
WOW. Your list is great! Numbers are awesome!

Ohmygosh...Yeah those carbs are horribly addictive. The more you eat, the more you want. I was a total carb monster before wls...Now I really have to watch and make sure I don't do too many.. Compared to your protein, that's what I mean. I tend to eat a few more carbs than my protein but not more than a third more most of the time. With the 40 minute walk, all was not lost on the day. You did great. Carbs tend to be what we burn when we exercise. They're ready energy so it's a good thing. See ya!

At least the Fiscal year is here and over...You get to start fresh again at work...Now things get to calm down until everyone gets back from vacations (Isn't that how it works? Now everyone takes turns leaving right?) I don't miss working! I don't miss all the friends that came to see him...I don't miss the late late hours kids keep...I don't miss the junk food they bring home...But , dang it, if I don't already miss my kid! LOL Oh well... So now I can go back to a regular quiet, slow paced old lady-ish lifestyle again...YAY!!!!
