SO.."aunt flo" came to visit today
.....i knew she was comingggg!!
Anyway.....i didnt fret it .....actually, im glad she did because i didnt want to bring her along on our yearly camp trip in a couple weeks! LMAO
i started the 5DPT again today..its been two weeks since the first one i did and i am up two pounds but attribute it to the monthly thing.
so here is what my day looked like:
7am- 24oz Regular Coffee w/ Splenda + Skim Milk
8am- 16oz OWater Unsweetened (this was something new i tried, not thrilled with it)
9am- 8oz EAS Soy Protein Powder w/ Skim milk
10a- 4 oz Jello + 16oz Plain Water
11a- 32 oz Propel Water
12p- 8oz Campbell's Vegetable Beef Soup
1pm- 8oz EAS Soy Protein Powder w/Skim Milk
2pm- 20oz Propel Water
3pm- 4oz SF Caramel Jello Pudding
4pm- 12oz Cream of Chicken Soup
5pm- 8oz Fuze Strawberry/Banana Unsweetened Flavor Water
6pm- 8oz EAS Soy Protein Powder w/Skim Milk
7pm- 4oz Jello
9pm- 16oz Special K2O Water
we were busy as all get out, so today went well for me even with "aunt flo" visiting! looking forward to Day 2!
