Good for you! I hope you do something special to celebrate.
I did the 5 DPT last week and took the weekend off. I'm starting again this week. I don't think I lost more than 1-2 lbs. but I did get back on speaking terms with my pouch so I guess all is not lost.

Have a wonderful day!

Hmm. Lets see? 6 pounds...That might be a piece of jewelry or maybe some cute socks or sandals..No snacks as rewards but jewelry is fair game.  Good for you! That's awesome.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

OMG!!!  I am so proud of you!  I am on the morning of Day One.  I'm trying to jump start my way out of a stall that has lasted too long and get some of these last 16 pounds off!

Congratulations!!!!  I too did the 5 DPT and finished on yesterday.  i was going to POST my weight loss as well but decided against it because although some would be happy for me/you, there are others who would say something negative like, oh you'll gain it back or it was water weight, etc.

But anyway, it's about me at this point and any weight loss is better than any weight  gain at this point.  I thought I broke my pouch, I had gained so much weight (well to me it was a lot 12lbs), and I hadn't officially lost any weight in months.  So I am happy to say that I lost almost 9 pounds since last Tuesday, when I began.  If it's a fluke, oh well, I thank God for the loss just the same...

I am once again in touch with my pouch!  I will listen to it as much as I can.  I have also vowed to do the 5-dpt at least once a month until I reach my goal.

I am also hitting the gym like no ones business.

Wish me luck on my continued journey as i do the same for you..

Kim

I Won't Complain!  I've had good days, I've had bad days.  All of my good days out weigh my bad days, I WON'T COMPLAIN.....  Kimberleece

hi kim ..just wanted to say good job on making it through the 5DPT!! ...and for getting in touch with your pouch again..AND to have a bonus of an almost 9# weight loss!  ..im not sure if anyone else took offense to your post like i did or if its just me ...i dont believe anyone here thats been talking about the 5DPT would say anything negative about the weight loss you experienced or try to make light if its water weight, etc ...i think everyone here has been a great support ..and i also dont think anyone would think its a fluke.   i may be over hormonal  lol ..but just thought i'd vent that keep up the great work and take care  -hugs-  ..dawn
