Leslee, you have gotten lots of good advice. I just want to say hang in there, don't give up because I really believe you will start to see the weight come off if you continue with your exercise and food plan.

ugh well it has to right? It's mathmatical! Calories in vs calories out! (assuming there are no problems with thyroid etc etc etc..) I'll keep on keeping on. Thanks everyone! Leslee

Thinks are good. I didn't give up, I'm backing off on my workouts just a little. I started my period today, which could account for the weight gain I saw on Sunday. Let's say I gained 5 lbs before my period, that would mean an actual 3 lb loss that I should see by the end of this week plus an additional pound or two, so we'll see. I"m into "slow and steady" right now.. if I lose 2 lbs a week but keep losing at that rate for 6 months, then good for me! I'll be MUCH farther ahead than I was these last six months of gaining. So maybe slow and steady wins the race after all? Thanks for checking on me!
