I worked SOOO hard this last week, and gained two lbs!
Thinks are good. I didn't give up, I'm backing off on my workouts just a little. I started my period today, which could account for the weight gain I saw on Sunday. Let's say I gained 5 lbs before my period, that would mean an actual 3 lb loss that I should see by the end of this week plus an additional pound or two, so we'll see. I"m into "slow and steady" right now.. if I lose 2 lbs a week but keep losing at that rate for 6 months, then good for me! I'll be MUCH farther ahead than I was these last six months of gaining. So maybe slow and steady wins the race after all?
