5 DPT for week of 6/30

I am like Susie Q.  I usually start the 5 DPT but never make it past the first day.  But I am also a lurker and never post anything.  Today I started the 5 DPT and have turned over a new leaf.  It is my goal to not lurk but post and get the encouragement that I need to take off the 35 lbs that is regain.  I come to the board and read, get encouraged, then somewhere along the way I drop off the wagon.  I know from reading the posts that it is possible to lose this weight!  I have started the day with a protein bullet and hopefully will be able to continue!   Amy
