What a long day...Too many people have died this week for me to be too chipper this evening..Just really rough day for me. So expect to see low totals and here they are:

5:00 am 1 cup coffee  5:30 am 3T malto meal, 1 scoop chocolate soy protein powder, 1 cup soy milk,  6:00 am 1 cup coffee  7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV (Walmart) Cherry Limeade  8:35 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc ham lunch meat  10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Honey Lemon  11:00 am ¼ cup canned sweet corn, 3 large breaded, fried shrimp, medium orange  12:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch, Lemon Berry  1:00 pm ½ cup wild berry Motts Fruit Cup, 4 oz Dannon Yogurt cup  1:30 pm 17 pc Whole Wheat Crackers 1 oz Non Fat Cream Cheese  2:30 pm 1 pc SF Candy Peanut Butter Crunch  3:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch, Lemon Berry  3:30 pm 12 oz V-8 Juice  4:00 pm Hunts pudding cup, Chocolate  4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Caffinated Grapefruit  6:30 pm 4 oz Beef Chuck steak, grilled. ¼ medium red potato boiled, ff sour cream (1T)  Yup, you got that right...128 ounces of water/liquids. It can be done, people... Now for the grand totals: Calories: 1436 Fat: 41 Carbs: 168 Protein: 103 Yup.,..low totals. But I sure did get my water in today. AND I had a single piece of SF Candy...I think I'm definitely done for the day. Maybe a nice Kalua with my decaf and off to bed.  How did you all do today?

B:  coffee
S:  plain ol water
L:  protein link w/ mustard & broccoli slaw (YUMMY!!)
S:  lots of water & atkins peanut butter granola bar
D:  3 chicken fingers and about 10 french fries from the children's menu at the local House of Pizza ~ took the kids out for dinner which is not a very easy task
S:  1/2 cup edy's slow churn no sugar added cookies n cream w/ PB2, sf choc. syprup and whip topping...over indulging tonght!!!  Tasted really good though. 70 oz water calories = 1016 fat = 35 protein = 62 carb = 97 (yowza!!!!)

Can't see how much roast beef was there but the calories look good. If I was to tweek any of that it would be more protein..But that's all.

That was a neat way to post First let me say that today was a much better day emotionally.  AM 2 cups coffee with creamer  SF/FF Lattee  later in the day (don't know the count for that) Protien shake  with blueberries hard boiled egg one of the reps brought in all the fixins for tacos.  I opted for no shell lettuce 1/4 cup meat spoonful of refried beans 2 table spoons of cheese 1 tablespoon sour cream (made a nice salad) Nutrasystem chili with beans ( at 3/4) 1 piece SF chocolate snack size 1 slice meat lovers stuffed crust pizza smaller piece drum roll cal 1178  protien 79  carbs 125.  guess that crust did me in.   I did get almost 2 liters of water in today so yea for meAnd I went outside and walked for 30 min.

Yeah for you definitely...AND walking. The weather is getting better for outdoor stuff. By the time I get motivated to do anything outside around here it's so blasted hot! Well, the desert does that to you. and now I'm in summer mode where I wake up at 3 am ready to tear the house down...So I'm cleaning the house at 3am...WTH?  I LOVE a taco salad. yummy.

1c oikos salmon fillet 1c oikos w/ 1/2c fresh raspberries grilled chicken fillet w/ 1tbsp of buffalo wing sauce 737 cals  16.84g fat  29.62g carbs  115.06g protein  5.18g fiber (Yeah, I know.  Low.  I was exhausted by the time I realized my cals were in the basement and I was just too tired to whip up a shake.) No excercise.. went to get in the car and the spare tire we had put on from the blowout on the way home was flat and I didn't know where the valve was to  put more air in it.  I'm going to get new tires today, and I hope to also either mow or head to the Y this afternoon.

Yeah calories are low but LOOK at that protein number. Don't you just love salmon? I would eat it just about every day but hubby dear is anti-fish...Oh well. My son and I love it so we have it at least once a week when I can find it on sale.  I hate it when I have car trouble..Good luck that you'll find some good prices on tires. We found buy three and get the fourth one free from Pep-Boys some time ago. The Mustang had a broken leg when we wanted to drive to Ventura (BEFORE 4.59 a gallon gas..LOL)
