Im so psyched! i
finally switched over to "Day 3" of the 5dpt & I feel great!
I made it through bagel & donuts friday at the office w/o a single craving for it.
i was seriously OK - which felt really good.
Ive had over 100grs of protein & about 80oz of liquids.
2 shakes during the day & switched over to eggs & tuna for dinner.
At first, I thought 2.5 hard boiled eggs w/ 1/2 of white chuck tuna might have been a bit much - but im glad that it made me FULL **
not over full mind you**. it did take a concious effort to notice the FULL sensation - but i did it. I paid attention to what my pouch was telling me.
Im feeling really really good about this.
