Good morning, I'm not sure what I was last week but this morning I was 118.4   It won't stop coming off!!!

the doctor gave me one piece of advice when I asked him how to quit losing weight..."EAT MORE."  Sheesh. So, I'll tell you what he told me. Eat more. I saw what you ate on Thursday, try adding a breakfast and mini meals for snacks. Do you have any idea what your calories are like? Do you journal them on fitday or daily plate? You might try that and see what is going on there.  Do you exercise?

I generally eat about 1000 calories a day...I journal on dailyplate.  My protein runs between 65 and 100.  Carbs tend to get high but mostly due to the protein bars I eat for my afternoon snack.  I don't usually eat in the morning because I tend to get queasy or I then am not hungry for lunch. I clean 5 horse stalls about 3 times a week and ride my horse 3 times a week.  Plus, I walk 3 or 4 times a week after I eat lunch so I'm getting in lots of exercise. Any and all suggestions are welcome!!!  Thank you.

See if upping your calories to 1200-1300 works. I started out at a year at 1000 calories and had to increase to 1700 just to maintain at 2-3 pounds below my surgeon's goal. Apparently I have the metabolism of a humming bird or something..I'm trying to visualize a gain of 7 more pounds over the next year or so...It's really hard. Just to stop losing is probably your first goal...LOL...Gosh, I've been there. I got down to 116 and it was NOT pretty...

Wow. all that vacation and weight loss too? I'm jealous. I'm sure when I go on vacation I'll screw myself up completely...But my problem isn't taking it off, mine is putting it on. We're all different and in different need of different support around here.  What is your goal?

Even up from 216 you're still way down from 326.. No failure in that. You can lose it again, the pouch still works fine. You just have to work it again...

Last week:  227 Today: 224.5 Loss: 2.5 What's amazing is that I was on vacation, didn't do any excercise, and still lost.
