I know it's not morning in some places but it's morning here and I'm ready to go! Lets get the weekend started.. Last week: 122.4 This week: 123.8 I don't know where that pound + came from but I'll take it.  How is everyone else doing? This is the day we see where the week has taken us and adjust our course and head back where we need... chime on in!

GOOD MORNINGGG!  i'll join in the weigh in  LAST WEEK:  194#  (post 5DPT) TODAY:  195.5#  (i attended a farewell party last night, i had salad, steak & ribs and a bite of broccoli ..i know i am holding on to water weight and no BM yet for 2 days, so we'll see!  the big thing is ........i avoided the DINNER ROLLS ...whew!!) still have a goal of 190# by mid-July ...chuggin' along

Probably alot of salt in the ribs.. Woo Hoo for sidestepping those dinner rolls. I know that can be a killer. Sadly, we attended a funeral last night so I didn't feel much like eating at all but still managed to add a pound..Probably water weight so I'm not going to get excited about it. blah.

Good Morning to you as well.  Slept good so I'm ready to face a beautiful day.  Scale read 140.  No change which is good.  I've got to get started on a new exercise plan and also stays solid on the eating.   Sunshine and Hugs to you all

Awesome...No change means maintaining and that's what it's all about. My doctor said even if I'm low, if I learn how to maintain, it's control...Control and maintaining are my ultimate goal.

DId not weight this am cause I want to weigh tomorrow after 5dpt is over but I did slip and weigh yesterday morning and was down 3 lbs from Monday.  WOO HOO me.  lol lol  We shall see if it last.  I do know that I feel tons better! Denise

Woo Hoo. I know it looked like you were gonna cave earlier in the week but doesn't it feel so cathartic to do that 5dpt? You just don't even know how much that control means until you get it back..Like born again, raised from the dead...all of it rolled into one!  You better post what you weigh tomorrow...We want to cheer!

I'm needing some accountability.  I'll join in. This morning 148 Last week 150 I'm 5'7" and still working on going down.  I'm 5 months out.

Two pounds i a week. That's cool! At 5 months out, I was slowing alittle. I hit 146 and asked the doctor if I was done and he said nope...He said "you could get down to 125." which I thought was the most inconceivable thing in the world...Now I'm sitting at 123.. guess what? He was right.

Wow, that's good to hear!  I'm refocusing, so I hope I start losing again.  I've stalled for so long.  THis was the first week I've seen a loss in a long time.  I've really gotten lazy with the rules.  I'm getting back on track now though.  Thanks so much for the support!
