ok every bod is talking about this I want in I need to get ahold of this weight gain ,I do fine in the day till at night a monster is in me lol,all I want to do is snack on everything & anything ,I have gained around 10 lbs but I had to have my meds changed so that was no help but I know I eat some things I should not ,chips are evil for sure ,some one help me please when is the next one going to start & need the things I need to eat I know the first 2 days are just drinks but the rest I am unsure of ,please help me someone ,

i am no expert, but i did the 5DPT www.5daypouchtest.com and found that it helped me kick the carb cravings and re-gain control, back to the basics is what its all about ..i have information in "concerned for 5DPT'ers" post if you want to take a peek ...this is not something to do to expect weight loss, this is to regain control and listen/communicate with your body again.
i am on day 12 without a SWEET TEA..which is amazing..i've not had a craving one for it and that was my biggest addiction.
if you have any questions about how it worked for me and my opinions on it, dont hesitate to ask!

Hi Becky. I have managed to eat (and drink) myself up 10 lbs. and am determined to do the 5dpt starting Monday too. There is another girl who posted after you that wants to start Monday too...I suggested we could keep each other accountable.
I want to lose that 10 lbs. I gained, plus another 15 and I will be happy with myself.
We miss you in SC!
