6:15 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, ¼ cup TVP, 1 cup Soy milk, 1 cup coffee 7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Regular Tea 8:00 am 1/2 cup coffee, 2 small apricots 9:24 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc ham lunch meat 10:00 am ½ cup coffee, 10:30 am 4 oz shrimp, moist cooked, 2 T ranch dressing, 1/8 cup canned corn, ½ cup shredded lettuce (couldn’t finish the salad but finished the shrimp at least). 11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry 1:00 pm 4 oz Dannon Fit and Light, 1 medium orange 2:00 pm 2 oz beef jerky 3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Caffinated Power Edge Berry 4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red 5:30 pm 3 jumbo shrimp, breaded and fried, 1 cup salad, 2T shredded cheese, 2T ranch dressing 8:30 pm 1/2 cup coffee (probably not the best idea but I sure needed it) Total for the day: Calories:1921 Fat: 96 Carbs: 117 Protein: 149 So how did you all do?
