Well, I had a funeral to go to tonight...Hubby doesn't do them well and needed me for moral support..I don't love them but it's a given that you have to go for friends.  Here's what my day stacked up to look like: 

6:15 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, ¼ cup TVP, 1 cup Soy milk, 1 cup coffee 7:00 am  24 oz Drink Mix, Regular Tea 8:00 am 1/2 cup coffee, 2 small apricots 9:24 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc ham lunch meat 10:00 am ½ cup coffee,  10:30 am 4 oz shrimp, moist cooked, 2 T ranch dressing, 1/8 cup canned corn, ½ cup shredded lettuce (couldn’t finish the salad but finished the shrimp at least).  11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry 1:00 pm 4 oz Dannon Fit and Light, 1 medium orange 2:00 pm 2 oz beef jerky 3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Caffinated Power Edge Berry 4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red 5:30 pm 3 jumbo shrimp, breaded and fried, 1 cup salad, 2T shredded cheese, 2T ranch dressing 8:30 pm 1/2 cup coffee (probably not the best idea but I sure needed it)  Total for the day:  Calories:1921 Fat: 96 Carbs: 117 Protein: 149 So how did you all do? Share, compare notes...Lets support eachother here..

Here we go.   Protien shake with 1/2 cup strawberries 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup black beans and 1/2 oz cheese hard boiled egg 2 oz roast beef  1 1/4 oz Pepper jack cheese 5 rice cracker 1 enchilada 1/4 cup beans  1 cup popcorn (kinda felt like a treat) I did have 2 cups coffee and 1 liter of water Dr. Said any liquid counts. Well that's about it.  Not too high I know Just one of those days where food just wasnt' on my mind.

I think you did good. Each "meal" was mostly protein. The liquid could use work but it's all good..I count my coffee too...Like the Dr said. Any liquid counts.  I ate popcorn last night but ate too much, even sharing it with the pooches and the hermit crabs..But it's mostly air and not too bad. Someone told me that it's constipating. I haven't found that, have you? anyway, see ya tomorrow!  sigh, tomorrow is weigh in and I don't have a good feeling. LOL. I never do.

Don't know if it's binding or not.  To be honest almost everthing is binding to me.  That's why I like my coffee in the AM  Also may be why I need more fluids.  Maybe that was too much information.   Did you find where to get the Bison Brats.  I'm gonna try Bison burgers tomorrow I'll let you know how those are.  And hey There's always a silver lining somewhere, remember that

When I looked at the website that logo for the Bison meat looked very familiar..I believe they sell that brand (no kidding) at Walmart, of all places. I'm going to take another look this weekend. It's not that expensive. I'm also going to look for the Bison Brats. I haven't done too much in the way of hotdogs or weiners cuz they usually add so much fat to that stuff...Too much fat and I'm frantically looking for "binders" myself..LOL.

Sorry I miss posting so much, life just happens to me! B) EAS protein drink L) hot dog, 6 FF D) Bowl chili S) 3 small salmon patties S) Pecan spin ( bad choice, threw the other 1 away!) Not drinking enough, but got about 55oz today, and about 10 oz of Diet Coke. Been missing eating the yogurt lately, I need it for digestion, but I'm tired of it. I'm maintaining my weight, very stable. I'm up 2 pounds at night, but weigh the same down 2 pounds each morning.

No apologies necessary. We all have lives. Mine just is next to nothing so I can be here alot..LOL.  You get alot of protein, I can see that. Maybe need fiber to get you going. Once I got my protein number where I wanted it, I added in stuff like fruit and that oatmeal in the morning works pretty good too...Plus the coffee. I don't really believe I could live without my coffee..

Missed this last night but here's what I had (don't have the stats though) B:  coffee S:  cherry limeade & coffee L:  3oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup sauted summer veggies, 1/3 cup cantaloupe S:  Atkins peanut butter protein bar & DD cinnamon iced coffee w/splenda & skim D:  2 protein links (hot dogs) 1/2 cup broccoli cole slaw S:  glass of wine Late S:  1/2 cup greek yogurt, 3 tbsp PB2, 2 tbsp whip topping & 1 tbsp nut topping lots of water!!!

low low low...And then you didn't eat till lunch. Hey, as long as you don't binge later in the day, I see no harm in that. For me, without breakfast, I'm looking for those cheese doodles by 10 am. LOL.  See ya!

Back from vacation.. will be happy to get back into a routine. I do have a mini-wow.. I needed some new bras and jeans (my jeans were litterally falling down and they are only about a month old)... so I got some new jeans (weird sizing with Lane Bryant's new "right fit" system..  but went from a 4 to a 2).. and I went into Victoria's Secret and was able to buy bras from them :-)  I was so pleased with myself.

Anyway, I'm back.  It will take forever to get caught up on laundry, house work, etc.. but we're back.

Yesterday's food was weird and carboloaded.
