Check out any of the "Nuts & Twigs" type cereals. My Favorite is Optimum Power. http://www.naturespath.com/products/cold_cereals/optimum_r_c ereals/optimum_power
I like to have some cereal for its fiber, so I eat the twiggy kind of Fiber One. My nut suggested having Total bran flakes with a few raisins if you're a Raisin Bran eater. She also said Kellogg's generally has more sugar that Post. I'm lactose intolerant and don't even do so well with Lactaid, so I make a trail mix out of Fiber One, raisins, nuts, and a few chocolate or white chocolate chips. I have a bag of it at my desk right now, looking at me, going "eat me, eat me." When I did WW, I used to mix a sleeve of Fiber One with a bag of white chocolate chips that had been melted in the microwave. If you make 18 little haystacks out of it and let them cool on wax paper, they were worth a point each, so I figure they are about 50 calories. Of course, I'd eat all 18 so I ended up with a lot of calories, but they sure were good.
The cereal I've found with the most fiber is the Fiber One twiggy kind like someone else said...
My former roommate gave me a box of Honey Nut Cheerios awhile back. I didn't' figure I'd eat them. But one night in a moment of weakness, I got a bowl, realized I had no Hood milk, used skim and oh my heavens, I had gastric pains so bad I had to lay down. The milk was too much. Back to my Hood Calorie Countdown, good ole faithful.
