I swear, this week is so stressful, I nearly forgot that it was Wednesday. Tomorrow I'll be a bit late cuz I have a funeral to go to. A friend lost his wife. She was 57 years old. SAD. Let that be a lessen to us all. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. she didn't and she's gone...Just sad.  My day in menu form: 

6:15 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 TVP, 1 cup soy milk, ½ cup coffee, with Swiss Miss 7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch  8:05 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc baked ham lunch meat  8:45 am ½ cup coffee, with Swiss Miss  9:15 medium orange  10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange Flavor  11:00 am 4 oz pork chop, ½ cup cooked rice, ½ cup cooked lean ground beef 12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, caffinated Power Edge Berry  2:15 pm 4 oz yogurt cup, 1 Met-Rx, Big100 Colossal Protein Bar Peanut Butter Delight(really good, btw and very very filling!)  4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, caffeinated Power Edge Orange  6:00 pm 4 oz chicken leg meat, grilled, ¼ cup mashed potatoes (from flakes), ¼ cup canned yellow kernel corn Totals for the day:  Calories: 1705 Fat: 62 Carbs: 141 Protein: 147

 So, how was your day? I think I did pretty good today. Protein is where I like it and the fatis lower than normal...I done good.

Happy Hump Day!!!  This has been a very long week and it's not over!!! Still feeling awful...no riding again today as I was wiped out on my way home from work. Today: Early morning:  8oz orange crystal light B:  coffee S:  28oz papaya/peach white iced tea (diet) and coffee L:  boca burger, homemade veggie saute, slice of rf colby jack cheese, 1/4c cottage cheese & 7 grape tomatoes ~ didn't finish the cottage cheese & tomatoes S:  20 oz cherry limeade, rest of tomatoes & cottage cheese & atkins cookie dough protein bar D:  3oz baked skinless/boneless chicken & 12 french fries S:  10oz of decaf tea 1/2 c. greek yogurt w/ 3 tbsp PB2, and 4 crushed mini oreo bites, 1tbsp whip topping all frozen 66 oz fluids 930 calories 78 g protein 27 g fat 77 g carbs I'm heading to bed

Oh! I hope by wiped out you mean tired and not that you took a wreck on the bike...You did really good today...More fluids but other than that...You did awesome.

Yup I was exhausted.  Went home and crashed in my chair while DH made dinner ~ thank God he was home.  My rides are on a horse ~ no bike for this girl my butt bones stick out too much now.

Wow I guess long days are just in the air. I so want this week to end.  Here was my day. Protien Bar split over two meals Thigh from boston market spoonful of mac n cheese and a spoonful of mashed potatoes.  If I don't just get a taste then I get that upset feeling of oh why can't I have some.  So a taste does me fine.  Dinner was a small hawaian roll with some of the middle removed and 1/2 of a Bison/Beef Brat (something new and oh was it so good)  then 1/2 of a cup of dried wasabi peas cal 730  protien 54  carbs  74  I'm thinking I need to slow on the coffee and try to get more water down I just can't get this tired feeling to go away.   Plus it has been a full month since my full hysterectomy and the side effects of that (insomnea) have kicked in.  Really feels awful.  Forget hormones I can't take them cause my breast cancer was estrogen positive.  Oh well gotta just deal with it.  Hopefully Doctor has some ideas tomorrow.

Low low low...Maybe have your doctor check your B-12 and Iron if you haven't had those taken in a while?  Bison/Beef Brat sounds really good. Local or at a chain store? share... Hopefully your doctor will have some answers. I hate it when life is on hold while you wait.

Oouch..those fries. But the rest of it was right in there. You did really good. Without the fries it would have been 1100 calories and sometimes fries just need to be there. Good for you! See ya.

yes i dont know why i bought the fries.. yes they was good. i am not really a fry person. once in a while..  i'll try less calories today...

I don't get my own fries but if hubby gets them, I swipe five or six...That's a safe bet cuz he won't let me have more than that...He loves his fries.
