If you haven't been to Hungry-Girl.com GO!!!  It is a fabulous site with tons of ideas, info & recipes.  I just received there cookbook.  I sat down with it and a pad of sticky-notes to mark the recipes I wanted to try ~ I marked almost every page!!!  Low calorie and most have low sugar with regular ingredients that are already in your home which means no extra trips to the grocery store!!
