Denise, If you're game, so am I. Next Monday (your Sunday) I'll start the diet over too. It's going to be a hectic week with the packers and movers coming, but I think it might actually be easier for me to drink the protein- I won't have to worry about eating regular food. Hubby and #2 son will be here to help out so I won't have to worry about making lunch or dinner for son #3. LOL What a mother I am! Bex

Wow, I'm so impressed with Candace & Bex wanting to do this again. I'll join you and hopefully have my picture posted by then so you'll see I'm almost as cute as you two - LOL! Day three has been a piece of cake (not real cake, of course!). I enjoyed my eggs this morning. It's funny that I haven't felt hungry all day but I'm starting to feel dizzy and see that it's past lunchtime. Gonna eat some tuna salad. I'm not drinking all of my water but am trying to get more in today. Keep up the good work everyone!!
Peace & Love, Donna K.

How do you make puerto rican beans? I LOVE beans any way, shape or form. I'm going to do 5DPT again next Monday. I have two BBQs this weekend BUT I'm bringing food I can eat that has no refined carbs. You're doing GREAT!!!!
