Keep backing away from the ribs Bex. They are
& might act as a "gateway food" to other stuff that you dont want or need during this time.
That said, i think having them will severely distort your results & desired outcome.
Let the hubby & kids have at um. Take a walk outside if you muct while they eat um. Do what ever you need to do to get away from the smell of that sauce.
& then, it would be great if they aired out the place & got rid of any evidence before you came back :)

WOW just think you are closer to being finished to. lol lol THat sounds absoultly heavelyn what you had. I made some egg salad, tuna salad, and have my protein shakes ready. I have had one shake already. I actually feel good today to. I drank over 100oz of water yesterday. Thanks so much for your inspirational post!

LOl i have so many comments here - im just going to jump in & out between the posts.
1) BEX, YOU ROCK!! I think its cool that your in a different time zone & are able to give the rest of us a peek into the future at what lies ahead diet wise.
I also had a slight headache last night while trying to sleep - but i ignored it (along w/ the hunger pains) & eventually forced myself to sleep.
2) how did you get the ticker in your sig?? i must have the wrong link posted in mine.
