Taking care of my two extra pounds that didn't leave with my last T.O.M.! I like the time line way you did your food...I've been off my regulare schedule with insomnia the past few nights...Stress is so not good for my waist or my beauty rest! LOL
OH yeah, I remember you. LOL Actually, I'm zoning out lately due to stress myself. This time of year for a school district? 07/08 Fiscal year ends Monday and 08/09 Fiscal year starts Tuesday...Whew..ALOT to do.
With 1000 calories those two extra pounds should be shooting outta here pretty quick. I like a snack of salad. Doesn't seem right to call it a snack but it works!
