I am much better now. Getting ready to head home and gonna have another 20ozs of water to help make it home. lol lol I think if I would not have quit smoking 2 weeks ago that would help but that is such a horrible habit i needed to quit that to. so yeah me for quitting that to. lol lol

well - it was 12:05pm when you made that opst.
Of course your hungry - its LUNCH TIME!!
Lunch options are: Jello, Pudding, Yogurt, CUP-OF-NOODLE BROTH (is working for me right now). But for lunch i had about 16oz of the pumpkin protein shake i made last night.
I think you got some good responces here & dont think you should be discouraged or disappointed. Personally, i didnt see this post until just now.
So hang in there!! I know its hard. & Im right there w/ you.

PS - all of us who are on this 5day thing are HUNGRY!!
& I think its OK to verbalize that. vent it out. scream it form the top of the hills.

sometimes jsut doing that helps :)
but then when i really think about it.. ya, i may be a little hungry, but this liquid (or jello or pudding or what ever) is actually doing the trick, So is it that im HUNGRY or just wanna CHEW?!?!?! For me, its the urge to chew. So thats what ive done. Im thinking that savoring 5 cherreos (sp) or a peanut to help get me through that urge isnt bad & wont complete wreck the "results" of this 5dpt.
just my thoughts.
