NEED HELP QUICK!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a hard time with this at work also... I work 12-hour shifts at night and my co-workers eat around me all the time to help them stay awake, so it's everywhere! I try to chew gum for a while but usually end up giving in and having something. Lately I've been bringing beef jerkey, nuts, a protein bar or something that will satisfy me but isn't too bad. Don't beat yourself up, if you have to have something make it something that is good for you. That said I need to stop at the store on my way to work tonight and get some jerkey... lol!

Just chew on your arm! LOL. Just teasing. Are you really hungry or is it head hunger? Because if you are hungry then eat something. Don't starve yourself. That is why I can't do that 5DPT. I can't make it if I am hungry. I have to do more of a Southbeach approach to get back in the game and on track. Those really restrictive approaches don't work with me because I truly get hungry. Good luck!! I know how much of a determined person you are. You can hang in there and do this. Hell, we made it through three days of therapy at Pine Grove together, girl. LOL. Remember the loft and the quiet meals. NO TALKING! If we can go that long without talking you can make it through this. LOL.

it FINALLY passed. lol lol I think it was just head hunger. I have not had a carb since Sunday night so I think i wanted something to chew. Gum KINDA worked but I just do not like sugarless gum. I finally just sucked on a pepperment i think that did it. Girl I remember those LONELY meals and looking around to see how fast everyone else was eating. How funny! lol lol Thanks for the support!

Put some perfume under your nose, put some makeup on , curl your hair, try on some "fat clothes"and see how big they are and how small you have become. Have a protein shake, stick of string cheese.
If you do fall off the wagon, get right back on. We are all human and we all make mistakes.
