I buy sugar free candy whenever I see it. During Easter it was plentiful and I stocked up on Sugar Free Peeps. I eat them by the package and just have them occasionally (I still have two packs left from Easter). I had to put all my snacks in a cabinet because if I see them when I walk in the kitchen, I want one. I found sugar free chocolate covered caramels at Winco in the bins. I figure three of those is a serving. I wrote the nutritional value down and transferred it to fitday (cuz I know I'm going to have them occasionally****ep single servings of beef jerky around. Teriyaki flavor, hot and regular. I keep around toffee covered peanuts, wasabe green peas, regular roasted green peas. When I feel like I might want a snack of any of those I put 1/4 cup in a snack bag and put it in my lunch bag for work. I don't take the whole bag with me or I'd eat the whole bag. SF Yogurt raisins. SF Chocolate covered raisins. Dark Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans (YUM). Single serving 100 calorie bags of Kettle Corn microwave popcorn.  My trouble around here is hubby will make himself a pan of brownies or a cake. So I have to keep it on the other side of the kitchen from my goodies AND I cover it so I can't see it. For some reason, if I see it, I want it. Out of sight, out of mind. When I see it, I go out of my mind! LOL. Not as much anymore. Sugar doesn't appeal to me since I've been eating the sugar free stuff more and more. It doesn't taste the same, I guess.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

If they're a trigger food then definitely dont have them in the house. My tendancy is to buy too many but if I couldn't stop myself, I would keep one bag and put that bag away..but...you know your limitations.  Wasabe green peas are HOT...spicy hot. I like them occasionally especially if sweet just won't satisfy.

Wow...Those totals are LOW! I'd have been dying but I eat too much anyway.  Nothing but protein in most of that. Good work.  See ya!

Hi all,

I've had computer problems for the past few days so wasn't logging my foods. Now that I'm back up and running, I'll be back tomorrow.
