Pain in right side

Hi everyone, I 'm over three years out from RNY surgery. I have made goal and then regained about 25 pounds. I have never had any problems. My problem now is that I have been having this dull ache pain on my right side just under my rib cage. it has lasted for a couple of days. I'm wondering if this could be pouch related? Has anyone else had anything like this before?

Not sure what that could be, if it continues I would check in with your doctor. Any other symptoms??

As usual.....here today and gone tomorrow. I'm fine today

I'm wondering if it didn't have to do with a sugar build up. For the last two years I have had sweet cravings I can't control. I will eat candy to the point of falling asleep or getting sick. I know it's stress , and depression related. I know I'm gaining weight and I can't get motivated.....I scare myself these days.
