Two year labs back

All were perfect !!! Im pretty proud of that... I read all your posts and have had the fear of God put in me with never missing or slacking on my supplements!   So thank you all for sharing your stories good and not so good. I have learned  ton from you all :) HUGS Linda

Fear is good!  Keeps you on your toes! I forgot there was more to this WLS than losing and maintaining weight loss...I won't soon forget the health side of it anytime soon, either!!  LOL Good going...
