Well, guys, how did your day stack up. I didn't feel too well at work and left early so I didn't eat as much as I could. I drank a bunch and will probably drink a bit more. I feel dehydrated for some reason and I'm drinking more than I usually do...But the heat around here is probably drying me out.  Here's my list:

6:45 1/3 cup oatmeal, ¼ cup TVP, 1 cup Soy milk, 1.5 cups coffee

 

7:15 am 24 oz Hawaiian Punch, Lemon Berry drink mix

 

8:00 am ¼ cup Chicken Mole, 1 raw apricot, 1/8 cup cooked rice

 

8:45 am 1 medium banana, 1 cheese stick

 

9:30 am 11 oz iced coffee

 

11:20 am 5 oz salmon moist cooked,  1 cup salad, 2 T salad dressing, Light honey Dijon

 

12:00 am 24 oz GV Orange Drink water mix

1:00 pm 24 oz GV Orange Drink water mix

2:00 pm 24 oz Propell water drink

3:00 pm 1 CLIF bar, bought at Winco on my way home.

3:30 pm 24 oz Hawaiian Punch, Lemon Berry

5:00 pm 4.5 oz broiled chicken, 1/8 cup rice pilaf

6:30 pm some sort of dessert…I can’t think of anything but my totals are:

 

Calories: 1394

Fat: 54

Carbs: 110

Protein: 123

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I hope you're feeling better now.  I know what you mean about being dried out today....I felt very thirsty today too.   I had a very strange day today.  I was not hungry for anything...nothing sounded good to me.  Very boring food day because nothing struck my fancy and I fell back on the same boring things to eat.... B:  1 low carb tortilla and 2 cheese sticks L:  2 low carb tortillas, 1 cheese stick, shredded chicken breast D: 2 low carb tortillas, 2 cheese stick, shredded chicken breast S: fudgescicle Total: 1267 Protein: 154  Fat:  55 Carbs:49 228/170

You know, some days you just can't get enough of one single food...I have those days and weeks actually. I have to salute your totals, though...TONS of protein. chicken will do that. I had a taste of Mole Chicken today and I think I'm hooked!

Seems like I ate a lot today but I know I didn't and am just now getting to dinner so may not have enough time for an evening snack?? B:  coffee S:  1/2 cup cubed cantaloupe, pineapple & strawberries w/ 2 tbsp light vanilla fruit dip L:  chicken of the sea tuna cup, rf mayo, relish & 5 grape tomatoes S:  Balance Bare yogurt nut ~ mild dump on 11grams of sugar!!!  Made me feel weak in the knees and light headed w/ LOTS of burping S:  dunkin donuts iced cinnimon coffee w/ skim & 2 splenda D: seasoned turkey burger w/ rf colby jack, relish & mustard & 8 baked french fries S:  have greek yogurt w/ better 'n peanut butter and bananas freezing for later?????? about 68 oz of walmart flavored water. Calories = 831 Fat = 25 grams Carb = 70 Protein = 60 grams (need more!!!)

Looks like you had a really light day..I know, sometimes we think we just ate alittle but when the list is compiled...piles of food. And then we have days like you had where it feels like you ate all stinkin day long and look at that list..short short short...

Morning, all. Parents leave town today.. was a short visit, which wasn't all that bad.  I love my mother, but more than a few days with her and she drives me batty.  Heading to a support group in Raleigh this morning, where we will be doing a protein exchange.  This group has really grown since I joined it.  Then, will come home to start getting ready for my travels. No totals for yesterday since we ate out.  I have guesstimates, but that's it. 1c oikos w/ fibersure protein shake Beef chimichanga, small, with 1 biteful of rice 1 piece (maybe 6oz) veal parmiseana about 1131 cals, 38.29g fat  64.8g carbs  127.67g protein  6g fiber 30 min jogging at 4.1mph

Wait till you see after today! My guestimates are going to be awful...They always are when I go to my sister's for a party. I have practiced and practiced and weighed and measured so when I go out and eat now I can just about see what I've eaten and the values but it takes alot of practice..Today will be okay if I don't lose track but I know I'm going to.  Ah, family. I love them and all that but I sure love to see them leaving. In July when I go home for the reunion, I'll be treated like I'm 12 years old again...sigh. And I'll love seeing everyone and sharing the old stories with my son, since he's newly interested...But I'll be so glad to leave!  Your numbers look pretty good! Veal Parm...I'm craving that stuff. hubby says no cooking it, he doesn't like it so I guess he has to take me out to dinner then..LOL. But I will be attempting to make the Mole Chicken here pretty soon..yumo!
