Actually, maintaining can't be a trend but I know what you mean. Not sure how to shake it up but keep plugging away at it.

I'm leaving in three weeks so I have plenty of time but with my OCD thing going on, I'm already stressing over what I'm taking..You know?

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I think last week was 120.8 this morning 120.2 Highest 286/DOS 261/ Goal 130 I'm trying to maintain right where I am.  My lowest has been 118 but it scared the hell out of me.  I very happy at 120 - 123.  Size 2 or 4 depending on the fit.  Down from 26/28 just 13 months ago!!

Well, you're in good company here. We aren't just about losing weight but about putting some on and mostly maintaining...My lowest was 116 and that scared me into trying harder to gain weight but I want to do it sensibly and not willy nilly where I lose control. After so many years of no control over my eating, I'm all about keeping it under control and still putting it on SLOWLY..It's a huge mental thing now..

Good luck!

See ya

Well, we're in the same boat, headed the same direction...I was told I needed to do that very same thing.. Since I'm no closer to getting weight on me, I'll admit I can't give you much advice but I'll cheer you on.  See ya!

Happy I didn't lose!! I've been working really hard to gain, so maybe I'll see that in the next few weeks.

Are you in Montana, or are you taking a trip to Montana (sorry, dense about that Montana comment.) It's been really nice out here, with the exception of a big thunderstorm that passed just above Billings the other day... I want to go backpacking so bad, but I'm not allowed to by my nutritionist and I still have a gimpy arm from PS.

Maintaining is MAINTAINING and it's a good thing.  I'm taking a trip to Montana for a family reunion. In my mind I'm already backing but I don't leave for another three weeks.  We'll be up by Kalispell and Glacier Park for the reunion at Lake Five. I was born in Bozeman and grew up mostly in Montana but have relatives all over Montana. They'll all gather for the reunion and it's going to be a blast!

Last week: 226.5 Today: 227 I'm ok with this, well sorta.. because when I'm stalling I bounce 2 lbs for about 12 days.  I'm in one of my bi-weekly stalls, so it's kinda alright.

"I'm ok with this, well sorta.. " Not really convincing, are you? LOL. I know exactly how you feel. That self talk stuff going on in your head trying to make you feel like it's okay and you really sort of don't think it's okay... I worry about those stupid half pounds myself. One part of me is saying "it's okay." while the other is saying "you cow! It's started, you're losing control. You're on the way to gaining 100 pounds..." GAWD I want to stop that nasty self talking ***** inside my head...I know she'll shut up if I give her a cookie but then I just have to listen to her louder later... Hell! a half pound could be potato chips or extra salt...So do not sweat a half pound!  See ya.
