Friday Morning Weigh in!
Howdy! Weekend is starting up here perdy quick. (I'm getting ready for a trip to the country...excuse my Montana outback)> Lets all raise our hands (and glasses) to accountability and let the world know how we're doing.
Last week: 121.8
This week. 122.4
I'll take that little "gain" and see if I can add to it this weekend and next week.
So? How are you doing?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
Before Surgery: 214
Highest Weight: 240

HEY! Don't keep moving that target further away. You'll get discouraged and that's NO way to live...123.5 is a good number and it's headed in the right direction.
I set my goal out there and set a date of about 2015 to get there. My goal is 130...Seems like a million miles away but I'm plugging away at it.

Hey lady! You are up! Good for you...and have fun in the ouback..
I'll be in the boonies myself at my log cabin with my "rivah folk" (That's what they call the river people of the Northern Neck of Virginie just off the Chesapeake Bay...umm ummm yummy crabs) LOL It's a little upgrade from "redneck" LOL I don't care one way of the other...I'm jersey girl through and through and ya just can't take that way from me!
Can have those 2 pounds though....It's official...Two weeks I maintained a 2 lb gain....Gotta get back to logging food and get these pounds gone!
last week 167
this week 167
Goal...165 or lower! ::::pouting::::
The family that is holding the reunion started out in Virginie in 1832...Up the Cumblerland Road, down the river, up another river and ended up in Missouri for a while. Then further up the river and in Montana in 1876..So, by way of Missouri, I'm a Virginia girl too..LOL.
Up there Beef is KING so I'll be eating a bunch of that in July. If I eat too much soy, I'm afraid alot of old cowpokes will be turning over in their graves and we'll have an earthquake..LOL.
Maintaining isn't a small feat in this. There's alot to be said for that, seriously. I just have a hard time with staying in one place cuz for years, that was a bad thing. I have to re-program my brain and that's the really hard thing.
You have a nice weekend and we'll see ya later!
