Accountability - Thursday
It was a stress filled day today at work. End of year, beginning of next year is right here...Everyone is trying to get stuff done before they leave for the summer, which means I have to accomodate everyone that I can.. Breakfast: Oatmeal, ¼ cup TVP, 1 cup Soy milk, 2 cups of coffee
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc ham lunch meat, 1 banana
Lunch: 1 cup tomato based beef potroast, potato, carrot
Snack: 1 sugar free pudding snack, 1 cup dannon light and fit yogurt(4 oz)
Snack: 18 all grain bran crackers, 2 Tablespoons Reduced fat Peanut Butter
Snack: 12 oz V-8 Juice, 3 – 24 oz containers of water with SF drink mix
Dinner: 5 oz salmon cooked on the grill in a packet w/lime juice and some garlic salt, rice, about a 1/3 cup
Snack: maybe a cup of decaf and Reduced Carb, NSA Swiss Mix..my fav

Protein: 131 How did you all do? We're approaching the weekend and another big party for me...I'm going to drink alcohol again...AND MAYBE GET A TATTOO IF DH isn'****ching...heheheheh.

L: ff turkey w/ rf colby jack cheese & mustard on a low carb pita. 1/4 c. couscous w/ slivered almonds & cranberries ~ gave me the foamies

S: decaf cin. iced coffee w/ skim milk & power crunch cinnamin bun protein bar ~ my pouch didn't like it at all
D: 4 small sirloin tips, tbsp craisins, 4 grape tomatoes
S: fage w/ chocolate & raspberry torani 1/4 c. Go Lean cereal all frozen
**total of 74oz fluids counting only the decaf coffee Calories: 885 Fat: 31 Carbs: 64 ( a bit high due to couscous & power crunch) Protein: 58 (low so I need some more but I'm so not hungry) all vitamins taken exercise = played outside with kids for 45 minutes
