DAY 4 of the 5DPT
hi ya'll :) ..well, i am wrapping up Day 4 of the 5DPT ..for me, personally..this is the best i have felt in over a year...im boundless energy..i have continued to drink my protein shakes, doing the 30 minute rule and eating protein protein and more protein...today's proteins consisted of drained chicken breast in a pouch (like tuna), drained tuna, cottage cheese, hard-boiled eggs and a small banana with dinner tonight..i just finished eating, using the 15 minute rule and im FULL..i dumped last night for the first time in ages! i was ecstatic! lol ..weird huh? ..well, i had eaten dinner already, waited the 30 minutes and decided i wanted to try Hunt's SF chocolate pudding..later, after i dumped, i read that there was 9g Sugar Alcohols...that's what did it..but i loved that my pouch told me ..that my body actually reacted..i was thrilled..although we all know what dumping feels like LOL
Day 1- 202.7#
Day 2- 201.1#
Day 3- 198.1#
Day 4- 196.6#
so, this has worked for me! if i get even a slight "think im hungry" thought, i drink. ive eaten plenty as well, i feel great! TOMORROW........hard proteins...baked chicken, lean hamburger, lean ground turkey...CANT WAIT hehe
thanks for listening and going through this with me :)
That's awesome. The 5dpt is more for regaining control and you've definitely got a handle on that. Now on day 6 you need to keep it going and watch what you're eating and make sure to keep track of you proteins and measure stuff. Just to be sure and re-set your eyes to the right portion sizes...I'm still measuring and weighing everything cuz I want to have it down pat.;..
You've done so wonderful...6 pounds in 4 days...AWESOME...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
