I CAN MAKE YOU THIN
I just completed Day 1 of the "5 Day Pouch Test" and even though I wasn't hungry-- I wanted to eat. To keep myself from succumbing to my emotional urge to eat; I reviewed some techniques I learned from the book "I Can Make You Thin" by Paul McKenna. It's called the "Tapping Technique" and it works! I think you'll learn some new skills and get a refresher on some skills you already know.
