Ok, before I have to roll out to see another patient for the night I wanted to get my totals in. went to kung fu for an hour today and sweated like a pig, but it felt good to be "on the horse" again so to speak. After being sick and not able to exercise, it was good. Haven't drank that last drink yet, but will do that shortly. Sure do like my soynut, cranberry, pumpkin seed mix. sweet and crunchy! How did you all do today? I love that we can all be accountable to eachother and keep this thread going when one of us (cough) flakes out...Actually, I went to support group locally...I need that just as much as this! My day: Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk, 2 cups coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 slice ham lunchmeat, 1 medium banana Lunch: 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/4 cup TVP, 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup spaghetti noodles. This about killed me and took so long to eat...Noodles and I do NOT get along!  Snack: 1 pudding snack, 1 yogurt snack, 1 medium orange Dinner: 1 Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki salad from Subway. Couldn't eat it all and I ordered double meat but I'll eat it tomorrow for lunch.  Snack (when I got home at about 8 pm) 1 single serving of Kettle Corn Microwave Popcorn.  Totals for the day: Calories:1650 fat:55 Carbs: 183 Protein: 115 Not too bad. I visited with my parents and didn't eat until about 6 pm and drank about a gallon today. 5 containers at 24 oz each..and two cups coffee

I swear, I think I'm falling apart.  First the bone aches (which I think have gotten a bit better.. amazing what 50k D will do for ya).. and today I see the cardiologist about my little fainting thing the other day.  I'm a fairly healthy chica.. this just seems so strange for me to be seeing a cards doc, yannow?  I also think it's strange that so much is revolving around me.. this isn't me at all. Kaitlin had a pretty decent birthday.  My folks come into town late tonight and leave early Saturday.. we'll spend some time celebrating hubby's 30th and Kaitlin's 2nd while they are here. 1c oikos w/ fibersure twisted protein bar grilled chicken w/ buffalo wing sauce chicken and mozzie flatbread 1c oikos w/ 1/2 c fresh raspberries protein shake 1062 cals  24.59g fat  81.37g carbs  142.81g protein  20.68g fiber 30 min elliptical (didn't have time for a full work-out) I asked Daniel's pedi about working out with a d deficiency.. told me weight training was the best thing I could do while waiting for the d to get back up.. said it would strengthen my bones.  I think I'll cut my training to 1 set of each excercise for a month or so.. that way I'm not overdoing it, but still getting the strength in.

Sometimes if feels like we're falling apart but I believe women are given more sensitivity to these things and we tend to catch it before it's that bad..We notice a whole lot smaller "clues" so we can take care of everyone around us that counts on us. You take care of yourself! Who else would if you didn't? Yeah, our spouses would try but we're better at it cuz we take care of THEM...LOL. If for no other reason to be around to take care of THEM, take care of yourself  Glad your daughter likes the fish tank. I love aquariums..Haven't had one in a long time.

Well today was another day were lunch didn't quite agree with the grouchy pouch and I was puking at work.  What a way to spend the afternoon!  Here's the day's rundown - B:  usual coffee w/H&H, followed with a banana protein shake (4 oz soy slender+1/2 scoop vanilla cinnamon protein+1/2 scoop banana cream protein+2 slices frozen banana).  An hour later had an Americano w/H&H.  S:  Almost Rice Pudding.  L:  went to Olive Garden..ate a little bit of salad, 1 breadstick, grilled chicken spiedini (grilled, skewered, roasted chicken breast + roasted zucchini & squash)..maybe ate 2-3 oz of the chicken and about 1/4 c. of the veggies.  Lost it all an hour later at work.  S:  Atkins chocolate protein shake + 1/2 scoop mochaccino protein powder.  D:  2/3 c. nonfat greek yogurt w/3 tbsp sf granola.  S:  Diet Swiss Miss + 2 oz chocolate soy slender + vanilla protein powder. Cals: 1504 Fat: 69 Carbs: 105 Fiber: 15 Protein: 132
