..just an update, i just drank my last protein shake of the day..i woke up with a slight headache this morning but it was quickly remedied with my morning brew, other than that, ive not had a craving one, my pouch and i have been talking and ive been listening all day long! lol  im definitely getting rid of water or i must be because ive been in the bathroom every 1/2-1 hour it seems lol so, tomorrow i start soft proteins ..cant wait..i have my tuna, eggs, cottage cheese, refried beans all awaiting for me  hehe www.5daypouchtest.com

mmm hmmm!  they are very good source of protein :)   i used to eat them all the time when i went to soft solids right after surgery and would add fat free sour cream to them...omggg yum  hehe

Congratulations Dawn, I enjoyed the 5DPT too, it really was a wake up call on listening to the pouch.  It's amazing how our mindset changes and we ignore those signals.

Excellent!!   I just started day 2 this morning!!  I really dealt with the head demons yesterday.  This morning I feel more in control~~but it is early yet~~  one day at a time and one pound at a time!!   Have a great day!! Penny

What, exactly, IS the 5DPT? What are the rules? I've gained roughly 12-14lbs...have lost 2.5 this week. This weight gain has really scared me. HELP! Bex
