Refresh my memory, please...

The only time I exercise is when I have to walk somewhere. However, this evening I have made a commitment to dust off my Gazelle and get busy! The doc told me to be very careful with exercise because of my multitude of back problems. I'm going to do what I can and be happy and thankful. Send me your positive vibes! Bex
