I'm thinking when the weather gets hot this summer I'm going to do the protein shakes with banana added instead of the oatmeal. It looks so good. Especially with the coffee...hmm. Got me thinking.  Your numbers are really good for this day. I compare the calories to the protein and look for just about 10% numbers. That's just me.

Yes, try the banana protein shake....some days I add a slice or two of frozen banana.  I'm not a morning breakfast person, so gotta have a shake to get some protein & jump start the metabolism.  I usually don't feel like eating any solid food until around 10:00am.

During the winter the oatmeal or malto meal warmed up my pouch and I could eat just about anything after that but, without the warming up...That pouch is definitely grouchy.
