Well, the first day of the week has come and gone. It's going to be a long week, I think. I did okay. How did you do?  Breakfast: oatmeal, TVP, soymilk, coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 slice lunchmeat (ham) and 1 medium banana...For some reason, the banana filled me up like crazy... Lunch: 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup ricotta cheese, 4 oz shrimp and 2 T Zesty Italian FF dressing Snack: 1 pudding cup, 1 yogurt cup, 1/4 cup TVP Snack: 1/4 cup roasted green peas, 1/8 cup Chocolate covered coffee beans Dinner: 5 oz broiled chicken leg meat, 1/2 cup scalloped potatoes and 1/4 cup canned green beans Totals for the day:  Calories: 1856 Fat; 62 Carbs: 184 Protein: 150 I''m thinking a cup of decaf and cocoa before bed but otherwise, I'm tired of eating today.  How did you all do?

Well today went well consider how much I've struggled the past couple of weeks, didn't actually feel like eating today as work was very busy.  I did want to eat more tonight but refused to allow myself to ruin an otherwise good day.  So tonight for a snack I ate a fresh tomato and some cucumber slices, which actually tasted yummy.

We can't even FIND tomatoes around here right now..I want some in my salad so bad. Of course it's just cuz I can't have them so I'm okay for a little while.  You did really well. Protein was HIGH for the calories you got. Very very good.  Keep it going, you got the power today. See ya!

Mornin' all. Kaitlin's birthday started at 5:30 this morning.  Yay.  We got her fish yesterday, and so far, they are all still alive.  We'll see if they all make it or not.  To celebrate, I'm going to let her wear her "princess" dress all day.  It's her favorite, and I don't normally let her wear it, but I'll make an exception today.   My nut. found documentation from a reliable source (and not just someone on the internet.. although I have great respect for vitalady, I still am cautious with stuff, yannow?) about a huge megadose of D to help my bones.  So I ordered larger tabs of D and have already started with the 400's that I have now.  Do you realize how many 400 i.u. tabs it takes to make 50,000 i.u.?  I have to wonder if my D kept dropping since my draw because my bones have just started aching more and more.. it just seems so strange and it must stop. twisted protein bar 1c coffee w/ ff moo 1c oikos w/ fibersure chicken and mozzie flatbread salmon fillet 1c oikos w/ fibersure 1058 cals  29.11g fat  73.92g carbs  136.33g protein  20g fiber 30 min jogging, only about 20 min free weights -- I had to stop due to the pain I think I'm going to modify my weights until this all clears up.  Maybe do 1 set instead of 3.. I dunnow.  I need to look into this.

Wow! So my commute home with the top down and running around at lunch with the top down DOES help...My doctor told me that but I wasn't sure.

Andrea, the achy bones for me were a sign my Vitamin D had dropped when I did mega doses for about 6 weeks I felt much better.  My labs came back fine but I'm again experiencing with leg pain.  I wi**** was easy to keep our vitamins (knowing what to take, how much and how often) was simplier. Happy Birthday to your daughter, tomorrow is mine but I'm wayyyyy holder than she it, lol.
