protein shake (bsn syntha cookies and cream)
I know I was over on my cals (or at least I'd imagine so). I had the jerky and the protein shake to try and boost my protein to carb ratio.

I start the day with 1/2 a bagel, egg cheese sandwith. Hubby ate the other half.
started cleaning and forgot to really eat. Had a Sugar Free latte while grocery shopping. Took my 10 year old to a birthday party was alright until I stood by the chip bowl. Had a handful well a stomach full later had egg salad made with 1 egg and 4 wheat thins. dinner was a stroganoff total measurement of about 1/2 cup. Then to golden spoon. It's our weekend treat. Well I usualy do alright with there flavors. Can't do the strawberry, so last night I tried the cake batter. Well I was so sick after. needless to say back to the boring vanilla chocolate and my favorite banana. The carbs in this are pretty good and calories aren't bad. I just hate the dumping. I always feel so sick So I can't cheat at all. NO SWEET and nothing high fat. Even something too high in carbs get to me. Good thing but not when you think you have to have it. Anyway looking back I most likly didn't enough. When I get busy I just forget.
