Friday WEIGH IN!
I wanna join this thread!
For the first time in about a year I've lost weight. I have had zero night eating and zero snacking for about 4 days, two of the four days I also had absolutely no alcohol. In those two days alone I lost 4 lbs. For a total of 4.5 lbs lost since Monday. I guess my inner self knew all along what I needed/need to do. Stop all the snacking and stop the drinking. I hope the weight continues to just fall off as I continue on this path. I drank last night, resulting in only a .5 lb weight loss yesterday. I know .5 to 2 lbs a day sounds awful fast. But when you go from no working out, eating 2-3 thousand calories a day, and another 1,000 in alcohol every day to two to three meals consisting of 3-4 hundred calories and nothing else bu****er...the body is gonna be like "What the crap just happened! WHOA!!!" And drop like crazy lol. I can't tell you how amazing I felt those two of the 4 days that I not only had no snacking but NO drinking...I'm aiming for three days in a row this time of no drinking..funny, the no snacking thing is already getting MUCH easier.
Thanks for the support everyone, this is a great group of people!

Don't you hang your head in the corner! You are doing great. I know you want to gain a little but at least you are basicaly maintaining and you are healthy, right? SO that's good in my book.
Look at me.....
last week 154
this week 156........
I do need to turn those numbers back. I am having PS and hernia repair in about a month and want to keep my weight stable, not go up.

Looks like you found my missing two pounds..I lost one last week and lost another one this week so you found them..
I get so frustrated cuz I think I have this thing licked and then I drop again. I went totally overboard with eating today (embarrassed to say exactly what I ate but it was a ton of really bad stuff). I'm so tired of seeing myself in pictures (they took our pictures for identification cards today) and seeing a stick figure...I feel great, I just look really bad, or at least I think I do.
And you know, in the real world, not on OH website, I can't get a tiny teaspoon of sympathy when I complain that I've lost more weight..I even hate to complain here because so many are trying so hard to lose their bounce weight or maintain and this is just adding my frustration to theirs...That's why I didn't list what I ate..I'm so embarrassed.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I'm late responding to this as I was out of town for a few days. Previous weight was 169. This week it's 168.6
I feel forever stuck at this place...constantly bouncing up and down and basically sticking around 168. Gotta keep working at it!!

Don't feel too bad. It's like the car is high centered on this one spot and rocking back and forth...forward, yeah, backward, boo! WTH!? I hate it so much I just gnash my teeth! I guess it's time to get out and push!
