Friday WEIGH IN!
Aww....Maybe this is just where you are supposed to be! And if it is...you just can't fight it. I gave up fighting where my body wants to be. (years ago) Maybe later, you can add on a few pounds when you stop trying so hard...Of course lately...my body is where my mouth has been! So I didn't lose my extra two pounds from last week and maintained them this week! So I really gotta get busy this week and get them puppies GONE! I'll trade ya? You can have my two! LOL

I'd gladly take your two pounds if I could. I cant' figure out why I keep losing when i feel like I eat so good. I almost feel guilty when people list their 900-1000 calories and I hit the popcorn and top out at 1900 or once last week 2100...
today I completely went wild and stopped at Del Taco and got a double del cheeseburger..550 calories...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I've been stuck at 198 or 199 for the past two months. I've not been as focused with our efforts to get my approved for her RNY next week. Now that she is on her liquid diet, I have found a renewed sense that I can stay at it again. I was 195 this morning...so that is a good thing. I'm going to keep plugging away. My wife can't wait to drop below my weight.....but it is inevitable. In July or August she will catch me and meet that goal of her's.
